1. NATURE OF PRODUCT
Our products are food-grade consumables.
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
2. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY
Once an order is successfully delivered, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
This policy is necessary to maintain product integrity and ensure safety for all customers.
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY (ONLY EXCEPTION)
We only offer a replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:
The product is physically damaged during transit, or
There is a clear manufacturing defect in the product
4. MANDATORY VIDEO PROOF
To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide:
A continuous, unedited unboxing video
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The full unboxing process
The visible damage or defect
Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. CLAIM WINDOW
All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after this period will not be considered
6. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped
No monetary refund will be issued in any case
7. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not accept claims for:
Taste preference or personal expectation
Minor natural variations in color, texture, or mineral composition
Improper handling or storage after delivery
Failure to provide required video proof
Delayed reporting beyond 24 hours
8. NATURAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Oram Bamboo Salt is a naturally processed product.
Variations in taste, color, texture, or mineral content may occur
These variations are a sign of authenticity, not defects
